Beta — draft pending legal review

Beta Terms & Privacy

A plain-language account of what CreatorOps receives, keeps, and does not do.

What the Connector Receives

When you ask Claude for a morning brief, the connected Claude tools may provide roster, deal, brand, creator, and action-item information to CreatorOps for that request. The model provider processes the prompt and relevant information to generate the requested brief. The information is not used by CreatorOps to access your inbox or connected accounts directly.

What CreatorOps Stores

CreatorOps stores account and plan records, structured usage and outcome counts, and scrambled, keyed fingerprints used to prevent abuse. It does not persist raw email addresses, deal or roster text, or brief content. WorkOS hosts identity and sign-in, including the identity email required by the authentication provider; CreatorOps does not persist raw email as an application account record. A grant invitation may use a keyed, single-use email fingerprint rather than retaining the raw address.

Retention

These periods describe the current source rules; structured records are not all subject to a short rolling retention window.

Request account deletion by contacting support; account data and durable statistics are not automatically deleted on a 90-day schedule.

What We Never Do

Model processing is necessary to provide generated guidance; this is not a claim that information is never processed by service providers.

Beta Availability

The beta is free while offered and may change, pause, or end. These draft terms are not legal advice and remain pending legal review.
